We are pleased to introduce our mobile bar trailers Maggie, Jameson, Dahlia, Cassidy, Rustic, and Guinness. Scroll through the carousel to see which trailer might be best for your event. All trailers are suitable for events up to 200 guests. For events with more than 200 guests, we recommend an additional satellite bar.

All Trailer Packages start at $500.00, this is the Trailer Rental Fee
We have a $1500 minimum for all events and a $2000 minimum for prime dates May - September.

Tipsy Trailer is a dry-hire mobile bartending company, which means our clients have the freedom to purchase their preferred brand of alcohol at the location of their choosing.
FAQ's
Do the packages include alcohol?
No. We are a dry-hire bartending service. We provide EVERYTHING but the Booze.
Cups, ice, mixers, garnishes, decor, THE BAR, bartenders, etc.
What is courier service?
This option can help you save by giving you the freedom to purchase your alcohol from anywhere you choose. With our courier service, Tipsy will work with you to purchase the alcohol through a third party and have it delivered on site on the day of the event. This will save you the hassle of having to grab the alcohol, but yet you still save on the costs!
Event Staff—We want to have table service during dinner and or we have a large event and need additional help. What does this look like?
We help with set up, clean up, bar backing, and table service. Please note event staff is separate from bartenders & are priced at $35 per hour + gratuity included. Minimum of 2 hours.
What is needed for the trailers?
Our bars do not need power, but we will use it if it is available. Our Photo Booth offerings do need power. All of our trailers need clear access and a FLAT surface.
Are there additional fees?
Added to each proposal is an administration fee of 14%. This covers the cost of business and time spent on the admin side leading up to your events.
Travel fees may apply. Gratuity is added to packages.

Are you licensed?
Yes! We are properly licensed and insured. We hold General and Liquor Liability, as well as MAST licensing.
I want to go all out with decorating the space around the bar trailer to make it an experience, can you help with that?
You are speaking our language! Yes, we have a TON of decor. During our planning meeting, we will go over all the decor details. Planning tools will be sent out prior to our meeting that will also host a lot of decor questions!
We offer some decor free of charge but we also have a variety of rentals you can add to your selected package.
